 The objective of the Management or Change Management in a systems implementation project, is to get in the shortest time possible and with the least impact on the business, make the adoption of the system by the company. Éste será un aporte crítico al proceso de transformación del Cliente desde el modelo actual al nuevo modelo visualizado y especificado por sus líderes de negocios. This will be a critical contribution to the transformation process of the Customer since the current model displayed the new model specified by business leaders.

Through the application of a Migration Plan Organizational prosecute the transition will be accomplished with actions tailored to the needs of the organizational culture, work teams and individuals that compose it. Se podrán anticipar y atravesar las barreras que puedan surgir frente al cambio y lograr la comprensión, implementación y aceptación de los cambios deseados. Be able to anticipate and through the barriers that may arise from change and develop understanding, implementation and acceptance of the changes.
